Holy crap, I am going to Alaska! Lil ol’ me, can you believe it? I am so excited to be playing some house concerts there. Renee had much help from the great Bud Johnson, host of the fabulous radio show “Acoustic Accents” and we’ve got for awesome events lined up!! Here’s what’s up…
Thu, July 19 – House Concert – Tok, AK. The great Bud Johnson is putting together this beautiful outdoor house concert! Open to all. For reservations, please email bud [AT] acousticaccents.net. Minimum $10 donation. 5 pm. All ages welcome.
Fri, July 20 – The Lodge at Black Rapids – near Fairbanks, AK. Milepost 227.4 on the Richardson Highway. A unique Alaskan property that combines accessibility with unspoiled wilderness in the heart of the Alaska Range. The Lodge at Black Rapids promises the outdoor enthusiasts everything they hope to experience—glaciers, mountains, wildlife in a fresh, clean environment. $10 minimum donation. Open to all, all ages welcome.
Sat, July 21 – Private House Concert – Fairbanks, AK.
Sun, July 22 – Tom Begich’s Music & Wine Series – Anchorage, AK. Open to all but reservations required. Please email Tom at cwrecord@alaska.net for reservations and directions. $10 suggested donation. 6:45 gathering, 7 pm music.
